pffffffft!

I suffered an injury last week and have been in worse shape than normal. My right shoulder had a tantrum and went on strike and my neck on that side stiffened up in sympathy and support. Typing, sitting upright, doing ANYTHING including trying to get dressed, let alone put a bra on is currently not on the "to do" list. I'm typing right now due to a lidocain patch on my shoulder. It was the only thing that has broken the knot in the muscle. Hopefully this knot (ball of agony) will not come back once the patch is removed. I have about an hour before it has to be removed. It has taken that long to get relief enough to sit down at the computer and type. (It's a 12 hour patch).

Unhappy camper that I am, I've been spending pretty much the whole weekend in bed or shuffling to the bathroom and back...it's still been a win as my trailer is now down here and when I recover enough I can go out and get some things I've been needing since we moved that I stored in there and we've never had the time etc to get. I'm looking forward to it.

Not much else has been going on. My sister's dog, Biscuit, who I have a soft spot for (he's a tiny chocolate chi) suffered a horrible injury to his front leg and it is broken. The vet said they needed to either amputate it or put him down :( My sister did neither and I can't blame her for not accepting either choice but the vet did prescribe pain pills. (Tramadol, at $10 bucks a pill of course.) Poor Biscuit :(
