It's been busy the last few days so this is going to be quick and all over the place. I'm excited because I actually have some writing time scheduled for tomorrow morning (or afternoon).
And, if you were wondering... this adorable little guy in the pic above is B.B. and he's snuggled up against his mama, my wonderful Sassafrass who is snuggled up against my leg in her usual morning spot. Little B.B. would snuggle in between my leg and his mom while I watch the news and drink my coffee.
B.B. is an 8 week old black long haired chi-pom-terrier with white, gray, tan and blonde markings on his legs and chest (and tan eyebrows, LOL). He is quite the character and one of kind :)
He went to his new "forever home" on Friday evening and I am missing him terribly! He is loving his new home and is already doing his job, providing comfort and joy to a wonderful lady who just had some very sad stuff happen. He is reported to be the King of the House and Ruler of the Roost, is completely lording it over the other dogs & cats and he weighs just barely one pound!
I take comfort that is he is royalty in his new home but I still miss that little adorable face staring up at me in the early mornings. <3
What else really quick? Oh, yes, I am excited, I've been making some serious in-roads in the shop and studio, the media room is starting to look semi-organized again and it looks like there might be a pattern starting to form...good to feel like there is sense finally forming from all this chaos!
I finally was able to buy some of my sketch supplies. I've been waiting for them to go on sale and I had a coupon good until April (from January) so I was really excited when they knocked the price down on the item (18.00 on sale) and then they were offering a "buy two get one free" deal PLUS I had my other qualifying coupon for 9 dollars off so I got $150.00 of sketching supplies for (ta-da) under $30 (including the tax). !WOO-HOO! Two of my favorite things, saving money and art supplies so I'm pretty happy about that right now :)
OK, time for me to jet, there has been other stuff going on too but I'll go into that later. For now, it's past my bedtime, 4 AM comes pretty quick around here and it's been a long, eventful and mostly good day :)
