but it's no good if you get insomnia at 2:30 a.m. & get up at 4:30. Yes, I did that.
I had previously envisioned a luxurious leisurely morning of decadent coffee with feet up and slow perusal of online exhibits at several of my favorite museum websites. Not getting dressed until well after noon-thirty. Not even brushing my hair leisurely lolling around.
Instead I ended up whip cracking out of bed after 2 hours of waiting and hoping sleep might return. Result: now it's almost 9:30 a.m. and dog tired isn't just a feeling, it's a physical ailment. If I do go lay down and go back to sleep I chance messing up my sleep schedule again and awakening in the wee hours of dark thirty. On the other hand if I don't go lay down I will probably fall asleep in the chair and get the grand-daddy of all cricks in my neck, which means sleep will be elusive and rough ANYWAY.
Annoying!
