Now add about 3 or so inches to this and you'll have an accurate picture of "right now" here. The slush on the lake looks so thick in the canal it looks like you could almost skip right across it to the island. Almost, lol.
Got a big day and lots of plans, determined to ignore this nausea and discomfort and think POSITIVE thoughts about the metformin working on me, transforming my blood sugar levels to a magic number---anything under 120 please and thankyouohsoverymuch.
On deck for the day: Laundry, clear space for major cooking, start prep for caramels, finish prep for dinner (a lush slow cooker meal, fitting for the weather), finish coasters, dishes, don't throw up, clean living room and finally decorate. Yes, decorate! I still haven't done it. Less than a week, I know, I know, get on it! Easier said than done with the mess that happened while I was really sick---as compared to this week where I'm just minorly sick. OK, time's-a-wastin and daylight's burning. Gonna go get on this and check back in later.
