So my son went to Gig Harbor this morning with my mom to get a round pen even though they are going to go ahead and sell Rosie anyway. Gritch that I am, mom & little sis are on their own with the next possible disaster (horse) they pull off Craigslist. I'm done. Yes, sour grapes call all ya want. What a bunch of BS and the good side is (even though I'll be sad) is that Rosie will have a way better home. Somewhere where she's actually wanted and not blamed for the strangest stupid crap. Somebody to love her and take care of her instead some intimidated lazy tw...OK. Done. Sour grapes, whatever and...There's my Whine!
Done. Moving on...
So this is what happened this afternoon. It started snowing and it was a fine crystalline powder. It covered the lake and make it look like a wide flat snow covered field. Pretty amazing since less than 30 miles away the sun was shining and it was almost warm, lol.
I went out and took some pictures of the lake and stopped back on the way up to check out the sound of water running underneath the house. I went around the other (the "open" side) and looked and found 2 more leaks, one right under the washer/dryer and one underneath the tub (spraying down). So that is three major cold water leaks, not even going to discuss the hot water which is still not turned on. I guess the up side is that I don't have to worry about the pipes freezing unless I turn the water off. SUCK!
OK, I need more coffee...back in a bit....gotta go look at that leak and decide *what* if anything can be done.
