The house smells amazing today :) I am cooking ratatouille and I must go stir my sauce occasionally so I'll be around off and on for most of the day. The sauce has been simmering and cooking down for four hours now (at least another two to go) and the lovely lovely aroma has permeated the entire house. DROOL!!!
